As a Death Doula, I provide non-medical, end-of-life support to my clients & their chosen family. This can range from respite care, emotional support, vigil planning & attendance, to alternative modalities such as breathwork, meditation & Reiki.

Another way to explore your relationship to death is in this powerful meditation on your own mortality and death. Participants will write their last words & memorial, and then be led through a guided visualization of death. This offering can be done individually or in a group setting.
